Answers to some frequently asked questions

Where are you based? Stafford (Brisbane North), but we are happy to travel to all suburbs.

Do you have a showroom? You are welcome to visit the workshop, we have on display a full range of the the products we supply. Please ring first though, and make sure we are there.

What sort of warranty do you offer? Our Prowler Proof range is backed by a 7 year factory warranty. There is no formal warranty period on our workmanship - quite simply, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, we'll fix it!

Are Screenco licensed? Absolutely. We are BSA licensed, fully accredited and members of the National Security Screen Association.

How does Screenco compare to that big company that claims to be 'safer' when it comes to 'crims'? The main difference would be that we don't have a million dollar advertising budget. What we do have, however, is an excellent range of products to suit a colonial or a  contemporary home. Our screening products meet and exceed Australian Standards, and are Queensland made.

What else can I do to secure my home? Just because you have security screens, it doesn't mean your home is immune to intruders. Statistics show that the majority of break ins are opportunistic - people leaving doors unlocked and windows open. We offer free advice on how to make your home safer with our range of qualilty lock and screen products.

Does Screenco supply alternate brands ?  Screenco also offers another popular brand of stainless steel security mesh, giving us what we believe to be the two best products avaliable and our customer a choice base on the application.

We supply and recommend Prowler Proof Security Solutions - they are also in Brisbane, and manufacture 100% of their security products in house.
